Uganda AIDS Commission Annual Reports

UAC has been in existence since 1992. It was established to coordinate the multisectoral efforts against HIV/AIDS. These reports provide highlights of UAC's key activities, achievements and challenges over the years. It is recognized that central and neutral coordination is crucial yet there are challenges and obstacles. These have to be addressed through dialogue to ensure clarity on roles and responsibilities and understanding of the comparative advantages of the different stakeholders so as to ensure harmony in the repsonse.
