>>>National Status Reporting
Uganda 's response is guided by national priorities set with stakeholder consensus in National Strategic Frameworks. Various actors at different levels implement these, each actor generating reports documenting practices, processes and outputs. Periodically, UAC together with partners compiles national reports of the status of the epidemic and the response
Beginning 2004, participants to the annual Uganda Partners Forum agreed to the establishment of a system for ensuring annual programme reviews to allow for gap identification to feed into the annual prioritization exercise. UAC spearheaded the compilation of the 2003/4 and recently the 2004/5 status reports.
Other reports, mini updates and occasional papers are also compiled to share progress on selected priority or thematic areas focused on by several partners, such as PMTCT , ART , behaviour change communication (BCC), Stigma and Discrimination and management of the national program generally.
