National
Programe Reporting Uganda 's response is guided by national priorities set with stakeholder consensus in National Strategic Frameworks. Various actors at different levels implement these, each actor generating reports documenting practices, processes and outputs. Periodically, UAC together with partners, compiles national reports of the status of the epidemic and the response . Other reports and mini updates are also compiled to share progress on selected priority or thematic areas focused on by several partners, such as PMTCT, ART, behaviour change communication (BCC), Stigma and Discrimination and management of the national program generally. Uganda abides to the 2001 United Nations General Assembly Special Session on HIV/AIDS (UNGASS) Declaration and therefore reports on the agreed UNGASS indicators annually. The first report was submitted in March 2001. This site promotes sharing these periodical and occasional reports and updates. It also presents summary and/or detailed reports of research findings by various researchers and research organizations. |
