National Strategic Framework for HIV/AIDS - Mid Term Review

As planned, the Mid-Term Review (MTR) of the NSF 2000/1-2005/6 was conducted October – December 2003 to assess areas of strengths and weakness in the implementation of national priorities, to identify gaps and emerging issues since 2000 that need priority focus. The MTR exercise was conducted through stakeholder consultations on targets set in the NSF and culminated into stakeholders' consensus workshop in December 2003.

Results from this exercise have fed into the revision of the NSF which will be finalized with partner's consensus by end of March 2004.
